Andreas Kisser made a guest appearance on Metal Allegiance’s self titled debut album which was released in 2015 by Nuclear Blast. Metal Allegiance is a unique “super group” album.
The album’s core lineup features Alex Skolnick, David Ellefson, Mike and Mike Portnoy. There are are a multitude of guest musicians on the album including Philip Anselmo (Pantera), Randy Blythe (Lamb of God), Troy Sanders (Hellyeah), Chuck Billy (Testament), Mark Osegueda (Death Angel), Christina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil), Tim “Ripper” Owens (Judas Priest, Iced Earth), Doug Pinnick (King’s X), Matt Heafy (Trivium), Rex Brown (Pantera), Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed), Bumblefoot (Guns n Roses), Phil Demmel (Machine Head), Gary Holt (Exodus, Slayer), Ben Weinman (The Dillinger Escape Plan), Charlie Benante (Anthrax), Steve “Zetro” Souza (Exodus), and Chris Jericho (Fozzy).
Andreas plays lead guitar on three of the album’s tracks — “Can’t Kill the Devil,” “Pledge of Allegiance” and “We Rock.”
